rmtErrorMsgCmd - remote - post an error message as a response to a command
rmtErrorMsgCmd posts an error message to
dbman as a response
to a command.
The request is passed in remote mode.
This function is part
of librmt.

The file descriptor for the connection to dbman.
label string
refname string
the RecId of the DATA record associated with the parameter
the message
the number of dbman’s file descriptor where the command
originated This value is obtained by extracting QUEDISK.fd from the command
message passed to the client by dbman.
Defines the amount of messages
to print. This value is passed on to SendRec. A value of 0 produces no messages.

ERRok
is returned if the transaction is successful.
The error code from the transaction is returned if there is a communications
error.
