ChangeLimits - issue commands to change DESC.PhyMin and DESC.PhyMax

Synopsis

ChangeLimits <dbman_host>

Description

This program reads a file containing Label-RefName pairs and values for the DESC.PhyMin and DESC.PhyMax fields. A request is formated and sent to dbman for each command in the file.

Arguments

dbman_host

The host where dbman is running.

File Format

MCS S1-1|CatNumC |0.0|133.0
